Colombia's National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) has launched a tender process to hire consultants to structure the Charala - Duitama road PPP project.

The road project involves the upgrade of a 20 km stretch and the operation and maintenance of the 30 km road between Charala and Duitama during the concession period.

The consultants will support ANI to carry out the economic, technical, legal and financial structure of the PPP project.

The assessment is financed by the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB), the main source of multilateral financing in Latin America.

The tender process was launched on 13 March 2015. Interested parties must submit their proposals on or before 27 March 2015.

Last month ANI published the bid conditions to participate in the tender process for the APP Llanos PPP project and launched a tender process to develop the  Santa Ana - Mocoa - Neiva motorwat PPP project.
