Five teams shortlisted for Delhi - Meerut road PPP project

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has announced that five teams have been shortlisted for the Delhi - Meerut road PPP project.

The project will be developed on a design, build, finance, operation and maintenance (DBFOM) basis. The five shortlisted teams are the following:

The Request for proposals has been launched. The deadline to submit proposals is 6 June 2014.

The project involves the development of the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. The project also includes the construction of other connecting roads including 6/8-laning of NH-24 from Km 0 to Km 49.923 (Hapur Bypass), 6-laning of NH-58 from km 6.800 (Delhi - UP Border) to km 52.528 (Meerut Bypass) and NH-235 from km 0.360 to 8.80 in the State of Delhi & Uttar Pradesh.
