Polish retirement housing PPP tendered

The government of Gmina Gostycyn, a rural gmina (administrative district) in north-central Poland, has launched a tender process for a building PPP project.

The project involves the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance (DBFOM) of the new multi-functional retirement complex which will include housing, recreational amenities, cultural and educational facilities. The final scope of the project will be defined at the final negotiation stage.

The total project investment is estimated at €5.2 million (US$5.8 million).

Interested parties must submit their applications, in Polish, on or before 26 October 2015.

Gmina Gostycyn is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Tuchola County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Gostycyn, which lies approximately 13 km south of Tuchola and 44 km north of Bydgoszcz. The gmina covers an area of 136.15 km², and its total population is approximately 5,200 inhabitants.

Two days ago we reported that the the government of Zgierz, a town in central Poland, launched a tender process to upgrade buildings of educational institutions through a PPP model. The preferred bidder will have to develop an energy efficiency refurbishment and renovation project to upgrade the selected buildings.
