The port operator company Trabajos Maritomas (Tramarsa), a subsidiary of Romero Group, has received US$ 40 million as a loan from Banco BBVA Peru. This loan will help in the completion of the project and various corporate activities. Tramarsa offers ship, cargo, terminal, and port infrastructure services in Peru.
Hernández & Cía. acted as legal advisor to BBVA and Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano Abogados acted as legal advisor to Tramarsa.
