Bidders shortlisted for AirTrain Newark Replacement PPP Program in USA

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has concluded its evaluation of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) submitted to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the AirTrain Newark Replacement Project. The agreed PPP delivery model is Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM) and the concession period will be 30 years, divided into a 10-year initial term with two 10-year options. 

The following respondents to the RFQ have been shortlisted to continue the selection process:

  • Liberty AirTrain Partners- Skanska USA Civil Northeast, SNC-Lavalin Project Services, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, COWI North America, Systra Engineering, Buro Happold Consulting Engineers, Thornton Tomasetti, Grimshaw Architects and Haley & Aldrich.
  • Liberty Integrated Connectors- Dragados USA, Halmar International, Schiavone Construction Co., HDR Engineering, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill Architects, BYD Transit Solutions, PGH Wong Engineering, INNOVA Technologies, ACS Infrastructure Development, Alternate Concepts, Arup USA and INECO. 
  • Liberty Mobility  Express- Kiewit Infrastructure, Tully Construction Co., Alstom Bombardier, AECOM USA, HOK and Mueser Rutledge Consulting Engineers.
  • Tutor Perini/Parsons JV- Tutor Perini Corporation, Parsons Construction Group, Parsons Transportation Group, DCCCA1 (Doppelmayr), Interbrand Corporation, L.E.K. Consulting, Dattner Architects D.P.C.
