Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has received more than twelve offers for Hassyan desalination plant project. The lowest bid is submitted by a consortium of Utico and Ghantoot energy & water.
The project involves the construction and operation of a desalination plant in Dubai, with a capacity to treat 120 million imperial gallons of seawater per day (MIGD) using reverse osmosis technology.
