The Agency for the Promotion of Private Investment in Peru (Proinversion) has issued an expression of interest (EOI) seeking a consultant for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the New Emergency Hospital in Villa El Salvador, Peru.

The consultant shall provide comprehensive advice, including technical, environmental, financial, legal and other required services for the project. The project will include the following activities under public-private partnership (PPP) model: 

• Maintenance of the building, facilities and electromechanical equipment associated with the infrastructure;
• Maintenance of clinical equipment and non-clinical equipment;
• Operation and Maintenance of general services, food, laundry,
  cleaning and biosecurity, comprehensive security.
