Crawley Borough Council has launched a public tender for consultancy services to support the regeneration of Town Centre East, a key urban redevelopment area in Crawley, West Sussex. The contract, valued at £66,000 including VAT, seeks a consultant to develop a detailed masterplan and delivery strategy covering six priority sites—such as the former Town Hall, Queensway block, and surrounding car parks. The project aims to unlock investment and guide the phased transformation of the area into a vibrant, mixed-use district aligned with the borough’s Local Plan 2023–2040. Deliverables include site analysis, urban design concepts, development feasibility, and an implementation roadmap. The contract is set to run from October 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026, with an optional one-month extension. Bidders must submit proposals by July 22, 2025, through the SE Shared Services e-tendering portal.
