DigitalBridge has successfully closed its third flagship fund — DigitalBridge Partners III (DBP III) — with commitments of US $7.2 billion. Alongside the fundraising, DigitalBridge also secured US$4.5 billion in co-investment capital, giving it significant capacity to deploy capital into a range of “digital infrastructure” assets such as data centres, fibre networks, wireless towers, and other connectivity and compute-related assets.
More than 65% of DBP III commitments are coming from existing DigitalBridge Partners fund series investors, combined with several new LPs from Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. The firm looks to partner with investors to scale capital into high-quality opportunities, especially around AI and hyperscale data centers. DBP III’s portfolio includes Vantage Data Centers North America, Yondr Group, Orange Barrel Media, FiberNow, and JTOWER.
Plenary Americas has achieved commercial close on the US$2.6 billion L.A. Convention Center Expansion and Modernization Project.
