The County of Henrico, Virginia has announced it is seeking solicited proposals, to provide design, construction, maintenance and operation of an indoor sports and convocation facility.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 22, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. located at Recreation and Parks, 6800 Staples Mill Road, Henrico, VA 23228. The deadline for proposal responses is October 3, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.
