NC KazAvtoZhol JSC has invited bids from contractors for the design, reconstruction, and performance-based maintenance of sections of the Kyzylorda–Saksaulsk Highway in Kazakhstan, with the works covering the Km 130–327 section.
The project involves the reconstruction and upgrading of a 462-km section of Kazakhstan’s Kyzylorda–Saksaulsk national highway to Category IA/IB standards. The works will be delivered under a Design–Build–Maintenance (DBM) 1–3–7 model, comprising one year for detailed design, three years for construction, and seven years of performance-based maintenance by the contractor. Under Asian Development Bank (ADB) financing, the covered section extends from 130 Km to 327 Km and is divided into six lots ranging from approximately 19 km to 50 km.
NC KazAvtoZhol JSC is the Employer responsible for inviting bids for the design, construction, completion, and performance-based maintenance of the Kyzylorda–Saksaulsk Highway. The Government of Kazakhstan has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) under the Enhancing CAREC Regional Connectivity Program (Tranche 1), Loan No. P60434-002.
The tender uses a Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure without prequalification. Bids will be evaluated using Merit Point Criteria, with the contract awarded based on the combined technical and financial evaluation. The bid submission deadline is 23 October 2026 at 15:00 Astana time.
