The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center of the Philippines, in collaboration with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), has invited stakeholders to participate in a market sounding activity for the Iloilo-Capiz-Aklan Expressway (ICAEx) project.
The pre-procurement activities aim to assess the level of interest among potential Consultants in undertaking the consulting assignment, based on the project scope and estimated cost of the Project Preparation and Transaction Advisory (PPTA) services. The intended outcomes of this process include:
Identifying the essential technical requirements, studies, and reports needed for the Project;
Establishing a reasonable cost estimate for the consulting services.
Gaining insights into the key factors that influence Consultants' decisions to participate in the assignment, and
Refining the Terms of Reference (TOR) and cost estimate for a potential PDMF-funded consulting engagement.
