Mole Valley District Council has invited tenders for the provision of an Investment Advisor to provide strategic advice in relation to the Council's high-value investment and regeneration assets.
The Council's Asset Management Strategy 2025–2030 encompasses over 250 properties valued at more than £202 million (US$273 million). This procurement focuses on advising seven of the Council's highest-value properties, with an option to extend to two additional properties. The contract is scheduled to commence on 17 October 2025, with an initial term running until 31 March 2027, and a potential one-year extension subject to performance and the Council's discretion. The estimated total contract value is £130,000 excluding VAT (£156,000 including VAT). Interested parties must register via the In-Tend portal to access tender documents and submit their proposals. The submission deadline is 11:00 AM on 18 September 2025, with an enquiry deadline of 4:00 PM on 8 September 2025.
