Tutor Perini Corporation announced that its subsidiary, Perini Management Services, Inc. (PMSI), has been awarded a contract valued at approximately US$42 million by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Middle East District, Southwestern Division, to complete the construction of facilities at Tabuk Air Base in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The scope covers the completion of a helicopter maintenance hangar, warehouse, and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) facility to support the operations of the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Corps. The works will also involve connecting the new facilities to existing adjacent infrastructure, including airfield pavements and lighting, airfield markings, site grading and landscaping, utilities, and related utility connections.
Design activities are scheduled to commence in September 2026, with substantial completion expected by September 2028. The contract is expected to be incorporated into the company’s backlog during Q3 of 2026.
