Brighton and Hove City Council in the UK have approved the plans for student housing for the University of Sussex West Slope at Falmer campus in Brighton. The scope of works involves building 1,899 rooms in cluster flats, and spaces for services such as laundry, supermarket, study space, store as well as a health and wellbeing center. A total of 23 buildings will be built which will replace Park Village, Lancaster, York, Kulukundis, and Kent House buildings.

Balfour Beatty will be responsible for the finance, construction, and operation of the project. The work was scheduled to begin in summer 2020 but postponed to end of the 2020 amid coronavirus.
