Infrastructure Ontario and Hamilton Health Sciences have selected EllisDon Infrastructure Healthcare (EDIH) as the preferred proponent to design, build and finance the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Redevelopment project located in Grimsby, Canada.

The selected consortium is formed by:

• Applicant Leads & Construction Team- EllisDon Corporation;
• Design Team- Parkin Architects Limited;
• Financial Advisor- EllisDon Capital Inc.

The redevelopment project will involve the construction of a new, larger hospital on the property behind the existing facility. It will consist of inpatient beds, emergency department, maternal and newborn services, surgical services including endoscopy and minor procedures.
