Government of Puerto Rico announced three prequalified bidders for the establishment of Public Security Training Center in Gurabo. The project will be developed under a public-private partnership scheme. This project includes repair, design, finance, build, operate and maintenance of public security training center in Gurabo. Gurabo is a municipality located in eastern Puerto Rico. The project will increase the quality of education, training, and rectification of the cadets with updated and improved facilities of the Police Academy with new equipment and technology.
