Infrastructure Ontario in Canada has announced the closing of the request for proposals stage for pre-qualified teams to submit their bids to build and finance the Lakeshore East – Central Corridor Expansion project in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.

Out of five pre-qualified teams, only the following two teams submitted their proposals by the deadline:

• Eastlink Partners (formerly Dragados Canada Inc.)
  • Applicant Lead - Dragados Canada Inc. and Ledcor Constructors Ltd.
  • Construction Team - Dragados Canada Inc. and Ledcor Constructors Ltd.
  • Financial Advisor - ACS Infrastructure Canada Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc.
• Steel Head Constructors (SHC)
  • Applicant Lead - Aecon Infrastructure Management Inc. and Dufferin Construction Company, a division of CRH Canada Group Inc.
  • Construction Team - Aecon Infrastructure Management Inc. and Dufferin Construction Company, a division of CRH Canada Group Inc.
  • Financial Advisor - The Bank of Nova Scotia
