Development Bank of Latin America (CAF) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the designs and bidding documents for drinking water projects, sewage networks and wastewater treatment in prioritized towns of La Rioja Province, Argentina. 

Proposal submissions are related to the funding of the SAF Support Program for the Service Expansion and Improvement Plan - the Ministry of Water and Energy (MAyE) of La Rioja at the request of the MAyE through the Ministry of Economy of Argentina. The purpose of the RFP is to identify a consulting company that will prepare projects and tender documents to create the necessary infrastructure to expand coverage and improve basic drinking water and sanitation services in priority cities in the province of La Rioja. Advisory services include the development of an implementation schedule in accordance with the plan, as well as physical and financial resources.
