Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and Stevenson Memorial Hospital have invited three companies to respond to a request for proposals (RFP) to deliver the Stevenson Memorial Hospital Phase 1 Redevelopment Project.
The three companies were prequalified based on criteria identified in a request for qualifications process that began in August 2024. Selection criteria included the required construction experience applicable to this project, as well as the financial capacity to deliver a project of this size and complexity. The prequalified companies are:
The companies will now begin preparing proposals that detail how they will deliver the project. Once submissions are received, Infrastructure Ontario and Stevenson Memorial Hospital will evaluate the proposals, select a preferred company and then negotiate a final contract. The successful company is expected to be announced in early 2026. A fairness monitor will oversee the entire procurement process.
