The Government of Saskatchewan has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking a private partner to design, construct, finance, maintain, and operate (DBFOM) its Regina General Hospital (RGH) parking garage project in Saskatchewan, Canada.

The scope of work includes building a new parkade at RGH in the northwest portion of the existing visitor parking lot that provides a minimum of 800 stalls, a net increase of at least 566 parking stalls. The selected team will be responsible for DBFOM of the new parkade under a Design-Build-Partial Lease (DBPL) agreement. The new parkade is a vital addition to RGH that will help alleviate ongoing parking pressures. The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is actively collaborating with SaskBuilds and Procurement to make sure that patient, staff, and visitor views are taken into account during the parkade's design phase.

The last date for submitting a response is March 08, 2023. More information about this RFQ could be found on our Business Opportunity page here.
