The Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Office, operating under the Ministry of Finance, has initiated a Request for Qualification (RFQ) for the construction of approximately 80,000 mixed-use housing units in Ethiopia.

The planned residential project will be implemented in phases by assigned contractors. The first stage involves constructing more than 3,600 units, with private entities handling the construction for both the Federal Housing Corporation (FHC) and Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation (EBC) employees. The aim is to provide over 1,600 units for FHC and 2,000 units for EBC.
