Sochaczew railway PPP project not awarded due to the lack of bidders

Koleje Mazowieckie, a regional rail operator based in Poland issued a tender for development of railway maintenance facility in Sochaczew. Finally, the project has not been awarded due to the lack of bidders. 

The scope of work includes free-standing vehicle repair hall for the maintenance level of P4, including the provision of services in the P4 maintenance level for the benefit of "Koleje Mazowieckie" within the scope of rolling stock. It would be developed on a design, construction, operation and maintenance basis.
