This is not yet a formal contracting tender, but rather a process to understand the market’s capacity, appetite and possible delivery models — including how best to structure a long-term partnership of approximately 10 to 15 years (from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2036, with a possible extension to 30 June 2041).
