The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pakistan has invited firms, institutes, and organizations to submit proposals for developing public-private partnership (PPP) projects in priority sectors in Pakistan.

The UNDP procurement notice is for the hiring of a firm, institute, or organization to develop PPP projects in priority sectors in Pakistan. The assignment is being procured through a Request for Proposal (RFP) under reference UNDP-PAK-01708 / UNDP-RFP-2026-211. UNDP Pakistan published the notice on August 24, 2026, with proposals due by September 9, 2026.

The assignment is intended to support public-private partnership (PPP) project development in selected priority sectors. In practical terms, the selected consultant is expected to provide specialist support to identify, develop and advance PPP opportunities, helping convert priority-sector infrastructure or service concepts into projects that can potentially be taken forward through a PPP framework. However, the public notice does not disclose the specific priority sectors or the detailed scope of work. UNDP has scheduled a pre-proposal meeting for August 31, 2026, specifically to provide prospective bidders with greater clarity on the Scope of Work.
