The Government of Poland through the Ministerstwo Inwestycji i Rozwoju (Ministry of Investment and Economic Development) has launched advisory tender for the development and construction of Konstanciński Spa Center project in Warsaw under Public-Private Partnerships (PPP/P3) scheme. 

The advisory group will provide legal, economic and financial as well as technical consulting for the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Warsaw for the selection of a private partner for the implementation of the project. 

The advisory contract is estimated to value about PLN1.036 million (US$274,699). 

Deadline for the submission of documents for the tender is on February 22, 2019.
