Mundys (FormerAtlantia S.p.A. and formerly Autostrade S.p.A.) is an Italian holding company whose primary asset is Autostrade per l'Italia, the largest concessionaire on the Italian autostrade network. Another subsidiary of Atlantia, Autostrade of Virginia, is a member of the consortium that operates the Dulles Greenway.
The company combines transport infrastructure concessions with digital service platforms to provide advanced mobility services for people on the move.
The firm is publicly traded on the Milan Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the S&P/MIB index. Mundys largest single shareholder with around 38% of the company is Sintonia, an investment vehicle of the Benetton family.
The company has not participated in any projects.
