Company description

Metrolinx is a crown agency of the Government of Ontario, Canada, responsible for the coordination, planning, construction, and operation of transit in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). It was established in 2006 to improve transportation in the region and reduce traffic congestion. Metrolinx operates several modes of transportation, including GO Transit, a regional public transit system that provides train and bus service, as well as the Union Pearson Express, an airport rail link connecting downtown Toronto to Toronto Pearson International Airport.
