HDR has announced that it has acquired David Ford Consulting Engineers, which specializes in hydrology, water hydraulics, flood risk analysis, and other water-related services. The company will now business as HDR | David Ford Consulting Engineers.
David Ford Consulting Engineers is currently providing hydrology and water hydraulic services to agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and California Department of Water Resources. President David Ford will join HDR as vice-President.
Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
