The Government of Uzbekistan, through Uzbekistan Airports in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Economy and Finance, has launched an international tender to select a private partner for the construction and management of the “Yangi Bukhara” International Airport located in the Bukhara district of the Bukhara region.
This initiative represents the first step toward transforming the "Yangi Bukhara" International Airport into a modern transport hub that meets international standards for the region. The project is designed to handle both domestic and international flights, serving not only as a connector for passengers traveling to destinations within Uzbekistan and abroad, but also as a vital link for enhancing the region's investment attractiveness and developing tourism and trade.
