Teams shortlisted for CHEO Integrated Treatment Centre project in Ottawa

Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and CHEO have shortlisted three teams to design, build and finance the 1Door4Care: CHEO Integrated Treatment Centre project in Ottawa, Canada.

The teams were shortlisted based on the criteria specified in the request for qualifications (RFQ) issued in March 2022. The shortlisted teams are the following:

  1. ELLISDON INFRASTRUCTURE HEALTHCARE: EllisDon Corporation with Design Team comprising Montgomery Sisam Architects Inc., Vertechs Design Inc., WalterFedy, Mulvey & Banani International Inc., H. H. Angus and Associates Limited, Entuitive Corporation;
  2. PCL PARTNERSHIPS: PCL Constructions Canada Inc. with Design Team comprising PCL Constructors Canada Inc., Parkin Architects Limited, WSP Canada Inc., Cleland Jardine Engineering Ltd., Morrison Hershfield Ltd., CSW Landscape Architects Ltd., Victor Ford & Associates Inc.;
  3. POMERLEAU INC.: Pomerleau Inc. with Pomerleau Capital with Design Team comprising Pomerleau Inc. with Pomerleau Capital, Jodoin Lamarre Pratte Architects (JLP) + Neuf Architects (Neuf), Quinn Design Associates (Quinn), Quasar Consulting Group Inc. (Quasar) + Pratu, Stephenson Engineering Limited (Stephenson), GHD Limited (GHD), Smith and Anderson, Kiwi Newton Group (Kiwi Newton).

Following this shortlist, a request for proposals (RFP) is expected to be issued in fall 2022. Once the proposals are received, IO and CHEO will evaluate them, select a preferred team and negotiate a final contract.
