The Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) of Paraguay has announced a tender for the doubling of the road from Ytororó to Quiindy.

The doubling of the road section is part of the Cuatro Mojones - Quiindy PY01 road project. The section between Cuatro Mojones and Quiindy will carry out third lanes maintenance and rehabilitation tasks, as well as improvements to the drainage and signaling systems. The project aims to solve traffic problems caused by traffic lights and junctions located along the highway. 

The MOPC and the Ministry of Finance are working on initiating a process to identify a list of interested companies, both national and foreign, and to bid for the work.
