Wroclaw Authorities (Poland) have issued a tender process to carry out a municipal electric car sharing system through a public private partnership (PPP) project.With this project the authorities aim to achieve the following goals:The new system will supplement to the municipal transport system's mobility, in addition to trams, subway, trains, buses, taxis, rickshaws and bikes, which became the first 'shared' means of urban transport.
Interested parties must submit their applications for participating in the tender process on or before 29 September.
