Motiva Infraestrutura de Mobilidade S.A., formerly known as CCR S.A., is Brazil's leading mobility infrastructure company. The rebranding from CCR to Motiva, officially adopted in April 2025, reflects the company's evolution from a highway concessionaire to a diversified operator in highways, urban mobility, and airports across Brazil and Latin America. Motiva operates in 13 Brazilian states, managing over 3,900 kilometers of highways, transporting approximately 3 million passengers daily through its urban mobility services, and overseeing 20 airports that serve more than 40 million passengers annually.
