The auction for the Fernão Dias highway contract (BR-381/MG/SP) is scheduled for December 11, 2025, and is expected to unlock investments estimated at BRL15 billion (US$2.8 billion).

For the new Fernão Dias concession, in addition to Arteris, Motiva, EPR, and the Via Appia investment fund, they are evaluating the contract.
