With 55 years of experience in assisting public, private and institutional clients, the firm is completely independent and employee-owned with a presence in 36 countries worldwide and a workforce of 3,200 professionals. TYPSA's Advisory Services division supports its Client's strategic decisions related to:
- large financing operations;
- long-term contracts; and
- private sector participation in infrastructure.
This includes PPPs, Project Finance, M&A project and corporate transactions, asset operations and asset management. The Group provides Technical, Commercial, Demand and ESG due diligence, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, payment mechanism analysis, bid support, independent engineering and operational risk management services.
