Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and The Stevenson Memorial Hospital have awarded a fixed-price contract valued at CAD174 million (USD 127 million) to Pomerleau Inc. to deliver the Stevenson Memorial Hospital Phase 1 Redevelopment Project in Alliston, Canada.
The redevelopment will revitalize and significantly expand the hospital’s clinical spaces equipped with advanced technology and modern facilities, including a 24-hour emergency department, medical/ surgical inpatient unit, a fully equipped laboratory, surgical suites, obstetrics and a range of specialized care areas. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2026. Infrastructure Ontario and Stevenson Memorial Hospital are working with the Ministry of Health to deliver this Project.
