Greenberg Traurig has advised Denver Summit FC on the development of its permanent soccer-specific stadium and mixed-use district at Santa Fe Yards in Denver, Colorado, while also supporting the club's interim stadium and training facility project in Centennial. 

Denver Summit FC has advanced its long-term stadium plans with legal support from Greenberg Traurig, which has advised the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) franchise on the development of both its interim home in Centennial and its planned permanent stadium at Santa Fe Yards in Denver. The milestone coincides with the club's inaugural match at Centennial Stadium on July 18, marking another step in its expansion strategy. Greenberg Traurig's Denver real estate team, led by shareholders Kevin H. Kelley and Andrea Austin, represented the club on land-use approvals, development matters, public-private partnership agreements, and other real estate issues related to the Centennial training facility and interim stadium. The firm continues to advise Denver Summit FC on the proposed soccer-specific stadium and adjacent mixed-use district planned for the Santa Fe Yards redevelopment area.

The Santa Fe Yards project recently received approval from the Denver City Council, allowing the club to proceed with plans for a purpose-built stadium targeted for the 2028 NWSL season. The development is expected to serve as the centerpiece of a broader mixed-use district featuring public gathering spaces, commercial development, and community amenities, while supporting the long-term growth of professional women's soccer in Colorado.
