The City Government of San Juan has invited an unsolicited Proposal involving a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement for the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of an Economic Housing Project located along J. Asifias Street, Barangay Sta. Lucia, San Juan City, Philippines.
The City Government of San Juan, acting through the Office of the City Mayor, received an unsolicited proposal from Zeta World Realty, Inc. (the “Original Proponent”) for the Makabagong San Juan Community Economic Housing Project. The proposed development involves a 35-storey building with a roof deck, to be undertaken under a project agreement with a duration of 50 years, with an option for renewal of at least an additional 25 years, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The project aims to deliver affordable, sustainable economic housing in San Juan City for low- and middle-income families, incorporating modern amenities, recreational facilities, and sound urban planning to enhance quality of life, accessibility, and environmental sustainability.
The Public-Private Partnership Pre-Qualification Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) now invites local and international corporations (Challengers) to submit comparative proposals under a Comparative Challenge Process pursuant to the PPP Code and its IRR.
