Notice of Award for the Iloilo Bulk Water Supply Project
The City of Iloilo, Office of the City Mayor, announced that a comparative challenge process was conducted over a period of 90 calendar days, from July 18, 2025, to October 6, 2025. During this period, no competing bidders or challengers submitted proposals. Consequently, the Pre-Qualifications, Bids, and Awards Committee (PBAC) for PPP Projects convened and recommended issuing a Notice of Award to the original proponent.
Therefore, the Iloilo City Government would like to award this Unsolicited Proposal-lloilo Bulk Water Supply Project, with a total project cost of PHP 5.120 million (US$86.8 million), to the Original Proponent, Aboitiz InfraCapital (AIC).
