PROINVERSIÓN, together with the Anillo Vial Concessionaire, relocated María Elena and her family to a brand-new apartment in Huachipa, Lima, as part of the Anillo Vial project's involuntary resettlement program.

A family affected by the Anillo Vial project received a new three-bedroom apartment in a secure condominium, improving their living conditions and opportunities. Through the PACRI resettlement program, they also received housing guidance, relocation assistance, and ongoing support during their transition to the new home. 

As the implementing agency, PROINVERSIÓN is advancing the Ring Road project through active and responsible management, overseeing land acquisition, property regularization, coordination with public institutions, and support for affected communities to ensure orderly project delivery. The project involves the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of a 34.8-km highway linking Callao with 11 districts of Metropolitan Lima, benefiting more than 4.5 million residents.

The new highway is expected to ease congestion and cut average travel times by 30–40 minutes while enhancing mobility, road safety, freight transport, and economic activity across Lima and Callao. It will also strengthen links to key transport corridors and hubs, including the North and South Pan-American Highways, the Central Highway, the Port of Callao, Jorge Chávez International Airport, the Port of Chancay, and the planned Ancón Industrial Park.
