The Pre-Qualification, Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) is inviting all interested and qualified bidders to participate in the Pre-Bid Conference for the Makabagong San Juan Community Economic Housing Project. The conference is set for 26 March 2026 at 8:00 AM and will be held in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of the City Administrator’s Office at San Juan City Hall. Attendance is limited to prospective challengers who have completed payment of the required participation fee. All concerned parties are encouraged to coordinate with the PBAC Secretariat through Ms. Mona Tanlim at the City Investments Promotion Center, located on the Upper Ground Floor of San Juan City Hall.
