Equitix announces the acquisition of seven additional stakes in Building Schools for the Future (BSF) infrastructure projects from International Public Partnerships Limited (INPP).
Equitix, a leading UK investor in social infrastructure, has strengthened its controlling interests across seven Building Schools for the Future (BSF) projects, namely Barking & Dagenham BSF, Barnsley BSF Phase One, Barnsley BSF Phase Two, Barnsley SPV Phase Three, Cambridgeshire BSF, Derbyshire BSF, and Essex BSF Phase One.
This portfolio includes 15 secondary schools and colleges across England, including a special educational needs (SEN) school, collectively serving over 18,000 students. The projects benefit from stable, long-term revenues supported by government-backed, inflation-linked payments, alongside long-term senior debt financing. Equitix is among the UK’s leading providers of PPP social infrastructure, supporting more than 80,000 school places nationwide. Its broad and diversified portfolio also enables the firm to generate a strong pipeline of opportunities, particularly by increasing its stakes in assets it already owns.
