The Public-Private Partnership Center, through its Special Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC), has issued Bid Bulletin No. 3 to prospective bidders for the procurement of project preparation and transaction advisory services for the operation and maintenance of the Panguil Bay Bridge in the Philippines.
