The Public-Private Partnership Center, through its Special Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC), has issued Bid Bulletin No. 3 to prospective bidders for the procurement of project preparation and transaction advisory services for the operation and maintenance of the Panguil Bay Bridge in the Philippines.

Following the earlier release of Bid Bulletin No. 1 on March 12, 2026—published via the Asian Development Bank’s Consultant Management System (CMS) and the PPP Center’s website—which extended the deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest (EOI) from March 18 to April 1, 2026, the PPP Center, through its Special Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC), has announced a further extension. The revised submission deadline is now set for on or before April 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
