The Bislig City Water District has issued a public notice inviting private sector participants to bid for the Bislig City Bulk Water Supply and Septage Project in Bislig City, Philippines.
The deadlines for submitting bids are as follows: for the Bulk Water Component, 27 April 2026 at 12:00 noon, and for the Septage Component, 29 April 2026 at 12:00 noon. All interested and qualified parties are encouraged to submit their proposals in line with the requirements and provisions outlined in the JVAs and ITPSP. Any communication from prospective private sector participants regarding this process should be sent via email to the PBAC Secretariat at bisligcitywaterdistrict@gmail.com, with a copy provided to the PPP Center project focal at bcwd.bid@ppp.gov.ph.
