EsSalud—the Peruvian social health insurance entity—and PROINVERSIÓN signed an agreement to activate the Torre Trecca, a new 23-floor medical tower in Lima.

The launch of Trecca Tower will include 110 consultation rooms dedicated to 20 medical specialties. This initiative encompasses the completion of remodeling, installation of medical equipment, and full implementation of both healthcare and administrative services. The project involves an investment of PEN 490 million (US$136 million), funded by the concessionaire and reimbursed by EsSalud over 10 years following completion. Additionally, the facility will be equipped with three MRI machines and will feature a preventive cancer center focused on early detection of the four most prevalent cancer types in the country.
