Bislig City Suspends Septage Project Bidding Until Further Notice
The Bislig City Water District's PPP Pre-qualification, Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) has notified all Private Sector Participants (PSPs) of a change in the ongoing bidding process for the Bislig City Bulk Water Supply and Septage Project. Specifically, citing Section 2.12 of the Instructions to Private Sector Participants (ITPSP) issued on November 25, 2024, the PBAC announced that the submission of bids for Project Component 2: Bislig City Septage Project Component is suspended indefinitely until further notice.
A separate Bid Bulletin will be released at a later date to announce the new bid submission schedule once bidding activities resume. In the meantime, all PSPs are directed to route their communications through the PBAC Secretariat via email at bisligcitywaterdistrict@gmail.com, with a copy furnished to the PPP Center project focal at bcwd.bid@ppp.gov.ph. The bulletin was signed by Engr. Ike R. Escudero, MBA, Chairperson of the PBAC.
