The Public-Private Partnership Center has extended the submission deadline for consulting firms under the Project Development and Monitoring Facility for the Panguil Bay Bridge Project in the Philippines.

For the procurement of Project Preparation and Transaction Advisory Services for the Operation and Maintenance of the Panguil Bay Bridge Project, originally issued on March 27, 2026, and which had already moved the Expression of Interest (EOI) submission deadline from April 1, 2026 to April 17, 2026, the Public-Private Partnership Center, through its Special Bids and Awards Committee, has further extended the deadline.

Accordingly, the submission of EOIs, previously set on or before April 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Philippine Standard Time), is now moved to on or before April 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Philippine Standard Time).

The extension is necessitated by the ongoing system maintenance of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) – Consultant Management System (CMS) portal, which has temporarily affected access to the platform. Interested consultants are advised to monitor the ADB-CMS and the PPP Center's websites for further updates.
