Blackstone has launched the Blackstone Private Markets Fund (BXPM), a new perpetual multi-strategy investment vehicle designed to provide eligible non-U.S. investors with access to the firm’s private-markets platform through a single allocation. The fund will provide exposure across private equity, private infrastructure, private real estate and private credit, drawing on Blackstone’s respective investment businesses.
BXPM is structured as a complete private-markets portfolio solution, with Blackstone managing the allocation and rebalancing across the underlying strategies. The portfolio currently targets exposure through underlying Blackstone funds, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and credit vehicles. The fund offers monthly subscriptions, has no capital calls and is expected to provide quarterly liquidity of up to 3% of NAV, subject to applicable limits and restrictions. The launch is also the first multi-strategy solution under Blackstone Portfolio Solutions and marks the first time eligible non-U.S. investors can access Blackstone’s institutional-quality perpetual funds through a single solution spanning four private-market asset classes.
