The Government of Peru and ProInversión launched the execution of the Ancón Industrial Park (PIA) megaproject with the Junefield Ancón Industrial Park Consortium in Ancón, northern Lima.
An investment of over US$1.2 billion is expected to create jobs, draw in businesses, and position North Lima as a major industrial and logistics hub. Spanning more than 1,300 hectares, the PIA is designed to support planned industrial expansion, with dedicated areas for manufacturing, innovation, and services, and is projected to host over 230 companies across multiple sectors. Envisioned as Peru’s first “dry port,” the project will streamline cargo movement by linking with the international airport, the ports of Callao and Chancay, and the national highway network—cutting logistics costs and boosting business competitiveness.
